We supply experienced Chefs who hold an S/NVQ Level 2 qualification in Catering & Hospitality or Professional Cookery, along with a minimum Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate. Our chefs also have a strong understanding of Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP), ensuring safe, compliant, and high-quality food preparation at all times.
